It will come as good news that Hertz has now added a line of electric vehicles to their fleet in London.
Two Mitsubishi (EV) i-MiEV's are now available for hire in London, and the company has plans to add more during the year in other British cities. There will be Hertz charging stations located in London so that customers can charge the car as well as using other electric charging stations in the city, which will be fully rolled out over the next few years. Using an electric car means you will not have to pay the congestion charge and you will save a lot of money on fuel, as well as being better for the environment.
